Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is free of pet hair and odors to qualify for a refund.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
